新型インフルエンザ(H1N1flu)情報（１０／２８）日本語English

関西外国語大学
秋の深まりとともに新型インフルエンザの感染が広がっています。本学でも秋学期の授業開始から１０月２８日正午までに届け出のあった感染者数は累計で、外国語学部１２４人、国際言語学部５７人、短期大学部３８人、留学生別科２人、教職員５人となっています。このうち１０月２８日現在の発病者は４７人です。本学では、感染拡大を防ぐため引き続き以下の対応策を取るよう、学生のみなさんに求めることにしました。
１. 感染を防止するために、手洗いとうがいを励行し、こまめに手指の消毒をしてください。また極力、マスクを着用してください。
２. 体調がすぐれなかったり、発熱がある場合は、登校せず、すみやかに医療機関で診察を受けてください。
３. 医師から新型インフルエンザ、またはその可能性があると診断されたら、中宮学舎は学生部、穂谷学舎は学務課まで必ず連絡し、指示に従ってください。
４. 症状が始まった日の翌日から７日目まで、または医師の指示で自宅待機中の期間は出席停止とします。この期間は公欠扱いとします。その際、医療機関発行の「診断書」、または本学指定の「病状証明書」が必要です。
５. 家族や同居している人が新型インフルエンザと診断された場合、登校を自粛する必要はありません。しかし、毎朝検温し発症の有無を確認するなど自己管理に努め、学内では必ずマスクを着用してください。もし急な発熱、咳や喉の痛み等の症状が出た場合は、すみやかに医療機関で診察を受けてください。
Further outbreak of H1N1 influenza is anticipated once classes begin. The University has decided to take the following measures to prevent further spread of the flu.
It has been reported that the cumulative total of infected at our university, as of October 28, 2009, is 124 in the College of Foreign Studies , 57 in the College of International Language and Communication, 38 in the Junior College, 2 in the Asian Studies Program and 5 faculty & staff.
1. Gargle and wash your hands frequently. Wear a mask when you are going out.
2. If you experience any symptoms typical of influenza (fever, sore throat, coughing, etc.), please refrain from coming to the university and seek proper treatment at a medical facility.
3. If you are diagnosed to have H1N1, please report it to the following offices and follow their advice.
Students at Nakamiya Campus: Student Affairs Office
Students at Hotani Campus: Student Services and Educational Section
4. Absence because of H1N1 is admitted as an authorized absence. The period is one week from the day following when the symptom started. You have to submit a certificate stating you had influenza.（病状証明書）
5. If your family members are diagnosed with H1N1, you can come to the university. However, please take extra caution to perform self protection such as measuring your temperature every morning. You are required to wear a mask at the university. If you experience any symptoms typical of influenza (fever, sore throat, coughing, etc.), seek proper treatment at a medical facility immediately.
